Medic pays for the full cost of your Agency provided Life and AD&D Insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Employee Assistance Program, and the administrative costs for your Flexible Spending accounts. Medic contributes a significant amount to your retirement accounts. Medic matches 12.12% into your NC Retirement account in addition to the 6% you already contribute. Also, Medic will match your contributions up to 5% dollar for dollar into your 401k and/or 457 retirement savings accounts.
