Diversity Resources

Have you ever found yourself needing resources that might be helpful when dealing with certain diversity-related issues in our community? Or desiring a resource you can share with a patient or patient’s family member? Have you ever just perhaps wanted to know more about a particular facet of our community population that perhaps you’ve wanted more information about, but didn’t know where to look? Had questions you’ve wanted answers to, but didn’t know where to get the answers? One of our first projects as a group was to try to gather exactly those types of resources. These sites have been compiled for your convenience, but by no means should be considered an exhaustive list. We have attempted to start the process of gathering potentially valuable resources for your review, and have done our best to make sure the links provided send you where they say they will, and provide you with the information you seek. That said, links get broken, and these links are not related to Medic or specifically endorsed by Medic in any way. These websites are not monitored by Medic, nor can Medic be responsible for their content in any way. These links are being provided for whatever purpose you see fit, but please understand they are not representative of the ideas or views of Medic or the members of the DRG collectively, or individually. If you happen to find a broken link, or are redirected to a site you believe to be corrupt, suspicious or not related to the original intended content, please bring it to our attention by cutting and pasting the link to DiversityResourceGroup@Medic911.com . Furthermore, if you happen to know of any resources that might benefit your coworkers in some way, please pass it along!! This list intends to be added to periodically, and we value and look forward to your suggestions and additions!!
