Exceptions: Urgent communications - those involving time-sensitive matters where a delay would negatively impact staff - may bypass the 24-hour requirement. Please note that the PR Manager reserves the right to determine whether a request qualifies as urgent.
If your 24-hour notice distribution date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, your communication will be scheduled for the following Monday.
