Just our walking the dog.

June 16, 2014. Medic celebrated another great patient at Mr. Freligh's home.

Mr. Freligh went into cardiac arrest while walking his dog in his Charlotte neighborhood on April 6th. These two ladies in the area saw Mr. Freligh lying on the ground, called 911, and were given instructions on how to perform CPR. Charlotte Fire Department and Medic arrived shortly to the scene. Mr. Freligh is a survivor today due to effective bystander CPR, early Advanced Life Support Intervention, and excellent patient care

Please join Medic and Mr. Freligh in congratulating Paramedics Rebecca Norris and Colby Willison on an outstanding job!

We would also like to extend a special thank you to the Charlotte Fire Department, CMPD and the hospital staff of Carolinas Medical Center Main for their assistance and successful teamwork in helping to treat Mr. Freligh. Mr. Freligh's positive outcome is just another example of Medic's effective community partnerships at work.
