Mecklenburg EMS Agency has contracted with the National Reimbursement Group to handle all of our billing. You should receive a bill in the mail within a week after you are transported by Medic. If you need to provide insurance information or have questions, please contact National Reimbursement Group directly at (800) 648-0885.

Please refer any billing questions or issues to National Reimbursement Group. We are unable to answer billing questions at our Statesville Road facility.

You can now pay your bill online. Go to www.payemsbill.com. You will be able to ask billing questions, update your billing information or submit payment.
