AED Donations

The Lucky Hearts Campaign has taken on the challenge of helping the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System outfit all county schools with at least one AED.  On February 10, 2010, the Lucky Hearts Campaign announced a donation of 14 AED’s to CMS High Schools.  All high schools in Mecklenburg County will now have 2 AED’s - one dedicated to athletics and one for the front office; where all emergencies are reported. 

However, the campaign still needs to raise $95,000 to finish outfitting the entire school system - which includes middle and elementary schools.  Medic’s campaign partners, Mecklenburg Medical Alliance and Endowment, are currently accepting donations toward our AED school project.  If you would like to donate and AED or donate towards an AED, please visit their donation page:
