Demo Request Form - Medic 911

Thank you for your interest in booking a Medic crew for your upcoming event. Before you fill out the form, please thoroughly read our criteria below to make sure your event meets our minimum requirements.

In order for your request to be considered, it must:

Be open to a large number of people in the community
Have a health or community safety focus
Be educational in scope
Have a measured history of success

Currently we are able to offer the following types of demonstrations:

Blood pressure checks
Medic 101/Touch a Truck
Basic First Aid demonstrations

We also offer tours of our agency. You are always welcome to bring your group to tour our Medic facility on Statesville Road in Charlotte. We can give you a firsthand look at our facility, ambulance bay and 911 dispatch center.

We will do our best to fill this request in a timely manner. However, as you are aware, Medic’s first priority is to respond to emergencies, so we hope you understand if we cannot fulfill your request on a certain day. Please give notice of your request at least 2 weeks in advance.
