Dedicated Event Coverage

Thank you for your interest in booking a Medic crew for your next event. We will do our best to fill this request in a timely manner. However, as you are aware, Medic’s first priority is to respond to emergencies, so we hope you understand if we cannot fulfill your request on a certain day. We do ask for a two week advance notice to allow for scheduling purposes.

Our rates for dedicated event coverage are $200.00 per hour for a fully staffed, dedicated Ambulance. Non-Profit Organizations are eligible for the reduced rate of $100.00 per hour with proof of non-profit status.
