Now, imagine having to perform patient care in a building that has collapsed, trapping the workers inside. Recent world events show the need for highly trained medical professionals to perform their job in extreme environments. Our Disaster Medical Specialists have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform medical assessment and care at a structural collapse disaster scene due to natural disasters or terrorist incidents. Our Paramedics are specially trained to treat Crush Syndrome and blast injuries associated with collapses along with Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) and even Veterinary Care for helping our canine team members.
