Medic tracks a tremendous amount of information to fully understand and manage the complexities of Mecklenburg County’s EMS system. Call volume and response times are just two of the measures that the agency utilizes to strategically staff and deploy paramedic teams throughout the county. The following is the most recent call volume and response time data available. This information will be updated each month with the previous month’s statistics, so please feel free to check back regularly to track Medic’s growth.
